CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION Any cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will result in a 60% fee charged to your card on file. “Rescheduling” less than 24hrs before your appointment is considered a last minute cancellation and said fee will apply. LATE I understand we are all human! There is no late fee but after the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be canceled and therefore cancellation policy will be applied.⬆️ NO CALL NO SHOW Cancellation policy will be applied. ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE DENIED 🚫 GUESTS Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting area therefore, guests are not allowed at this time. If you bring someone along with you, they are more than welcome to wait in the lobby by the entrance.
